Marco Ulivagnoli, (born in 1960), has - since 1990 - extensive experience in investment banking (private equity, M&A, equity cap. mkt).
In private equity, on behalf of leading banking institutions, he has held positions as a director and member of fund investment committees. In venture capital--since 2000--he has carried out numerous successful investment transactions and exits.
He has concluded numerous M&A transactions in various product sectors, with a focus on SMEs.
In the equity capital market, he has been responsible for several transactions of companies, including listed companies. He played an active role in the IPO on the AIM of the Italian Stock Exchange of a Tuscan company, serving as its Board Member from 2015 to 2018, taking care of the subsequent growth through external routes and relations with the Italian Stock Exchange and the market.
He is Chairman of Awhy and Board Member of Eden Ventures and Netresults.
He holds a degree in Economics and Business from the University of Florence with honors cum laude.

Lamberto Tommasi (born 1954) has 25 years of experience as a partner in a “big four” in the audit and certification of financial statements of national and international companies and groups.
A graduate of the Faculty of Economics and Business at the University of Bologna, a Certified Public Accountant and Auditor, he began working in auditing in 1978 until he became a Partner in the Florence office in 1991, developing the office from 3 to about 90 employees.
As part of his auditing activities, he has also performed due diligence and assisted companies in listing on the stock exchange and developing internal control procedures.
He has worked for more than 20 years as part of the Master's degree program in auditing at the University of Pisa and the audit course at the Faculty of Economics at the University of Florence.
He currently follows Sweat's work in investment and M&A transactions.
